Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods, or when a third party (other than the carrier) appointed by You takes possession of the product.

Note: Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You’ll receive a gift credit. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
